David Lane biography

David studied at Central Saint Martins in London. He is an award-winning creative director and film maker – and the founder of Lane & Associates. He is also the founder of The Gourmand, a food, arts and culture publishers who currently produce books in partnership with Taschen.

His work has been covered in publications such as The Guardian, Le Monde, d la Repubblica and Die Zeit and exhibited globally. He has judged numerous industry awards and been invited to speak at creative seminars and conferences worldwide.
He has written for publications such as New York, Apartamento, i–D and Esquire and as a visiting lecturer, he has taught at leading arts institutions including Central Saint Martins, ECAL and the London College of Fashion.
